1. Return Policy

  • You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any issue and request a return.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info.surgiease@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and order details.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


2. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Products priced above ₹15,000, or with a volumetric weight over 20 kg

  • Hospital furniture, hearing aids (ITC, CIC), consumables, or other customized products

In such cases, Surgiease will only assist in replacing damaged parts due to logistics damage.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies.


4. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
